Return & Exchange Policy

At Magiclothing, your satisfaction is very important to us. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure you receive the best quality.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Damaged product

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Wrong item delivered

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

To process an exchange request, we require:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed

  • Original tags must be intact

  • No stains, damage, or perfume smell

  • A continuous unboxing video (without cuts or edits) for damaged or missing item claims

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.


Refund Policy

Currently, we do not offer refunds for size issues or change of mind.

In case of eligible damage or defect claims, we provide a replacement/exchange after quality verification.

For faster processing and priority support, we recommend choosing Prepaid Orders.


Exchange Processing Time

Approved exchange requests are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of return approval.
